1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return non-custom jewellery within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided:
The item is unworn and in its original condition.
It is returned in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is included.
Custom or bespoke items (including engraved or made-to-order pieces) are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
2. How to Return an Item
Please contact us at verostudiojewellery@hotmail.com before returning any items. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Exchanges

All jewellery is designed curated and some handcrafted in our Falmouth studio.
We aim to dispatch standard, in-stock items within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.
Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time for creation — typically up to 3 weeks, depending on complexity. Estimated lead times are communicated on individual product pages where applicable.
We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Options and Timeframes
UK Shipping
Standard Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (typically 2–4 business days after dispatch)
Express Delivery (available via special request): Royal Mail Tracked 24 (typically 1–2 business days after dispatch)

International Shipping
