All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation email.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

 

 

5. Pricing and Payment

 

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and may vary based on location and delivery method.

 

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. I currently accept major credit and debit cards and apple pay and google pay. Instalment or Klarna-style payment plans are not available at this time.

 

6. Shipping

 

I ship orders from Cornwall, United Kingdom.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and service selected. You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

 

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

7. Returns and Refunds

 

I hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not, you may return non-custom items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Custom or bespoke orders (including engraved or made-to-order pieces) are non-refundable unless faulty.

 

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once items have been received and inspected.

 

 

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within a reasonable period (6 months), please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. I will repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with UK consumer rights.

All jewellery is designed curated and some handcrafted in our Falmouth studio.

We aim to dispatch standard, in-stock items within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.

 

Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time for creation — typically up to 3 weeks, depending on complexity. Estimated lead times are communicated on individual product pages where applicable.

 

We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.

 

 

2. Delivery Options and Timeframes

 

 

UK Shipping

 

  • Standard Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (typically 2–4 business days after dispatch)

  • Express Delivery (available via special request): Royal Mail Tracked 24 (typically 1–2 business days after dispatch)

 

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to postal delays beyond our control.

 

 

International Shipping

 

We offer international delivery to selected countries.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal services but typically take 7–14 business days.
